Annual Community Pride Highway Cleanup

Join the 25th Annual Community Pride Highway Cleanup – Saturday, May 3, 2025

Edwards Metro District is proud to support the Eagle River Coalition’s 25th Annual Community Pride Highway Cleanup, taking place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This cherished community tradition brings together hundreds of volunteers each spring to help keep our roadways and watershed beautiful.

Be Part of the Change

What started in the early 2000s as a massive cleanup effort—removing nearly 50 tons of accumulated trash—has evolved into a proactive, valley-wide movement. Thanks to ongoing community support, we now collect an average of 10–15 tons of litter annually.

Volunteer with EMD

We invite residents, neighbors, and friends to join the Edwards Metro District cleanup team. Whether you’re a returning team leader or a first-time volunteer, your help is vital.

  • Volunteer Deadlines:
  • Waivers are required for all participants and are available in English and Spanish. Please ensure each team member completes one.
