The new Eagle County Commons Government Services Building - coming in Spring 2026

Curious about the new construction between Battle Mountain High School and Mountain Recreation on Miller Ranch Road?
That is the future home of the Eagle County Commons, a new, convenient hub in Edwards for Eagle County Government Services. 

The new Eagle County Commons Government Services building will provide the following services:

• Motor vehicle registration and titling
• Recording and marriage licenses
• Election and voter services
• Public assistance programs - food, medical, child care
• Early Head Start
• Vaccinations
• Travel clinic
• Veterans services
• Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services

Additionally, workforce housing known as Parkside Apartments surrounds the Eagle County Commons building on the west and south sides and will provide 20 one- and two-bedroom rental units.
