Edwards Metropolitan District invites community members to a free educational presentation with nationally recognized Beaver expert Skip Lisle, founder of Beaver Deceivers International.

Colorado Mountain College – Edwards Campus

Skip is in Edwards this week installing a Beaver Deceiver at the Old Edwards Estates Pond. During this special presentation, he will explain the important role Beavers play in creating healthy ecosystems and how innovative, non-lethal solutions help people and wildlife coexist.

Drawing on decades of experience as a Wildlife Biologist and inventor, Skip has worked at hundreds of sites across North America and internationally, helping communities reduce flooding and protect infrastructure while preserving the many environmental benefits that Beavers provide.

Whether you're curious about wildlife, wetlands, or the Beaver Deceiver project at the Old Edwards Estates Pond, this is a great opportunity to learn from one of the leading experts in the field.
