Colorado Special Districts (including Edwards Metropolitan District) hold regular elections for the election of directors to serve on the District’s Board in May of odd numbered years. The next regular election will be held on in May of 2025.
To qualify as a Director of a special district, a person must be registered voter of Colorado and either:
1. A resident of the District, or
2. The owner (or spouse or civil union partner of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the District, including a person under contract to purchase taxable property.
