Thank you for another successful Hard to Recycle Event!

NEW! We will be accepting batteries AND shredding paper

Mark your calendars! Edwards Metropolitan District will host its annual Hard-to-Recycle and Shredding Event on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the west side of the Edwards Fieldhouse (450 Miller Ranch Rd, Edwards CO 81632).

• Shredding (provided by Stericycle) : 2:00 – 5:00 PM (max. 3 boxes per household)
• Hard-to-Recycle Collection (provided by Blue Star Recyclers): 3:00 – 6:00 PM

We’re excited to announce that batteries will be accepted this year, but please note: special precautions must be followed before drop-off. Detailed battery preparation instructions are included in the below protocol.
